The 2015 Stability Act in the public finance policy framework
The Focus updates the analysis contained in the UPB Budgetary Policy Report of last November on the 2015 budget measures, taking into account the final version of the Stability Act. The paper discusses the main measures provided for in the Stability Act, the one-off measures, and the key sources of risk that may undermine the stability of the public finances.
