The Chairman of the PBO, Giuseppe Pisauro, testified today before the Joint Budget Committees of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies as part of preliminary hearings prior to the Parliament’s consideration of the Update of the 2015 Economic and Financial Document.
At the hearing (in Italian), the Chairman of the PBO discussed the positive validation, in implementation of the memorandum of understanding reached with the Ministry for the Economy and Finance, of the policy macroeconomic scenario for 2015-2016 published in the Update of the 2015 EFD.
On 16 September, the PBO completed its validation of the definitive trend macroeconomic scenario.
